a day of #blackandbrownboyjoy - a multigenerational mentoring experience

A BTG exclusive, a Day of #BlackandBrownBoyJoy is a full day mentoring and community building experience. This event is our deliberate effort to dismantle the school-prison pipeline and replace it with a mentoring pipeline ensuring our boys and young men are enveloped by support every step of the way as they transition into adulthood.

Deliverables include:

  • Full scale implementation and management of the event

  • Mentor Training Webinar for Guest Mentors

  • Mindfulness Breathing Exercises

  • Critical Conversations on Manhood and Masculinity

WORKFORCE Readiness training

A personal development curriculum, targeting competencies that make participants viable and dependable employees, created specifically for 16 to 24 year olds eager to contribute to the labor market. Varies in length.
